Hoy me inscribí y hoy mismo cancele
Hoy decidí inscribirme a scribd a primera impresión parecía bueno.... Pero no encontre lo que deseaba. Es por ello que hoy mismo decidí cancelarlo.... Pero se q hay muchos problemas con cancelar suscripciones y yo no quisiera q me quiten dinero por algo q yo no voy a utilizar.... This company is a complete SHAM and SHOULD BE REPORTED. DO NOT TAKE OUT A FREE TRIAL which is NOT FREE free as there is no way to cancel it and will be charged at the end. The agreement says you can cancel by going into your accounts (there is no cancel option) or sending an email to their support services. This will get you an automatic reply saying 'do you need support'? with the same e-mail, in other words A LOOP. DO NOT USE AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS

Una vez que te inscribes aunque te des…
Una vez que te inscribes aunque te des de baja, te siguen cobrando. Me he quejado varias veces porque me han cobrado tres meses estando de baja y solo me han hecho la devolución de un mes y me siguen cobrando!!! Además, en dos ocasiones me han cobrado dos veces en un mismo mes.

I have used scribd for I dont know how long. I even have been able to find school books available so that I do not have to purchase them. Unfortunately I have not been able to update my payment method and cannot access my account. I have tried contacting customer service several time with no response. What company won't respond to people trying to give them money. It makes no sense. I do not want a response to this telling me to go to the assist page and email a help request. I have 3 open. ...

Me suscribí por que inicialmente me facilito la descarga de contenido, sin embargo he intentado cancelar mi cuenta durante tres meses y aun me sigue llegando el descuento, pensaba reactivar mi suscripción una vez pasada la dificultad económica por la que estoy a travesando pero en definitiva no lo haré, espero me resuelvan esto.

Payment not accepted; no customer service
My bank card number changed and when I try to switch the payment method it keeps saying error. I have tried to switch browsers and cards to no avail. I have emailed 5 times through their website because there is no phone number. I am emailed back with a ticket number saying someone will get back to me in 1 business day. Nothing!! Do NOT send me the same message about using the Scribd contact site!!! It does not work! I really liked this before this problem...
