Payment Methods Issue

I am trying to change payment method but none of my credit cards are accepted. I always get the message: "Oops! There was an error processing your payment. Please use a different credit card, or try again later." I conntacted customer service and got the ticket #2954356. No further contact from customer service.

Here's the thing about Scribd. Their library of books and audiobooks isn't bad -I regular use the service. -But if you ever have any kind of customer service issue, you are screwed. Case in point I just bought my aunt a 6 month gift card subscription for her birthday. Even though Scribd's own website states that you do NOT need to enter your credit card information to redeem a gift card, their site is still requiring a credit card for her to activate it. I've emailed customer support twice ...

I’ve used scribe for years but I deleted my account to sign up with a new email. I received confirmation of the account but I can’t sign in. I keep getting an error saying I’ve been logged out and need to log in again. There’s literally nothing I can do on any device. I can’t tell if everyone is experiencing this right now.
