"Best Thing to Happen to SalesForce"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Simplified updates to salesforce in one tool. Notes easy to manage, update, and to push to salesforce. Account list views that can be managed and exported as needed.

"I like updating my pipeline now"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? You know i'm an organized person and I can't stand having a pipeline that's out of date. But the long load times and general slowness of Salesforce makes it hard. Scratchpad changed everything for me. It makes it so easy to search our database and find and update information. It's a clean interface, customizable without being overly clunky or complicated.

"So much easier"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? ability to link notes to SFDC accounts instantly. The quick access to update opportunities makes my leadership happy as well! Former way to do this was very time consuming!

"WAAAAAY Better than OneNote or EverNote"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? For the past 5+ years I've used either OneNote or EverNote to keep track of my call notes, tasks, calendar integrations etc. Until I was introduced to Scratchpad from a coworker, I honestly didn't know what I was missing. Scratch makes it SO easy to integrate directly into Salesforce. I can now log calls, add notes, & integrate directly into my opps saving me the time & hassle of jumping between screens in SalesForce.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad's easy salesforce updates found me more quickly on top of pipelines, next steps, correct stages - in line with starting to use I was the top performing AE in the company. Their new Command J function that lets me get in and add info to Salesforce from any internet tab is a gamechanger. "Great for Customer Success organisation"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad allows you to keep your notes organised in one place when switching between tools with the use of their chrome extension. The pipeline updates fields from SalesForce in real time which can be a big time saver. The time this tool saves you and the peace of mind that nothing has been missed when it comes to making notes is so valuable.
