What do you like best about Scratchpad? The company I work for went from an old, outdated CRM to Salesforce. All of the information, contacts, contracts, opportunities, billing, etc were pulled from the old system and dumped into Salesforce with little thought. We have had to update nearly 19,000 accounts using data from several excel spreadsheets, in addition to our regular job descriptions. We planned on having it done 12 months from now. What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is super simple, not too much (complicated), not too little (ineffective). Love that it lives right in Chrome, all it takes is one login to sync everything, & their support team is fantastic (big win!).

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Updating Salesforce and keeping track of my tasks in GCal or any other system has always been a headache for me. I procrastinate which ends up making me forget key details, or I constantly go through lists in my head out of anxiety for missing something. Scratchpad makes it so easy to update my tasks, Salesforce notes, etc. that I have a handle on all of the above.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Using Scratchpad has helped me catch up with my pipeline updates and more importantly keep them updated. It is very easy to use. If you are familiar with excel or sheets, Scratchpad will be a breeze. It has changed my daily routine. Pipeline Hygiene to the max! (I've been using Scratchpad for less than 1 month)

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I am a task-oriented user. Scratchpad makes tasks easy and fast to drill through, field layout is what Salesforce should have been. Adding notes, completing the task, and then scheduling a new task is seamless - and it carries the previous task notes forward. No more looking through endless task to find a note. A GODSEND
