Intuitive user friendly Fiori apps

What do you like best? SAP Fiori is much more user friendly than the classical SAP Graphic User Interface screens. Behind each tile there is a transaction code which a user won't need to memorize which is the case for GUI. It requires a tremendous work to configure each tile correctly and once done the tiles can be united into groups and assigned to a User profile. What do you like best? It is most easy to use for any application that works on Fiori with builtin analytics. What do you dislike? I couldn't find any disadvantage in SAP Fiori up till now.
