Standardization of Procurement Process be it a Ariba Buying and Invoicing or Ariba Sourcing .Helps you in raising Purchase requisition and then automatically sent to supplier once PR is fully approved and same appllies to supplier they can submit there invoices via Ariba only.And in Ariba Sourcing you for RFQ Launch

What do you like best about SAP Ariba? E -auction is highly effective and i extensively use Eauction for day to day purchases. if i want to recall i would like to quote one of the event i conducted last month in which I have achieved 200 Percent savings. It would be possible with ariba.

Was contacted TWICE by someone out of their Australian Office presenting the same potential generic requirement with 2 days to go to reply as long as I would subscribe hundreds of Dollars for the privilege. In the same e mail it was also mentioned that there was going to be an exhibition that we could attend. With the type of equipment mentioned no REAL customer would send this out with two days notice and not twice separated by several months.The person would not answer further questions. ...

What do you like best about SAP Ariba? Quick to learn. Easy to track on the status of purchase orders. Can serve as a record for all the purachses made no matter how old it is. Can export the reports to xml. Works on thousands of Purchase orders and still maintain the integrity.
