Amazing platform that performs different tasks
PROS: Fantastic and easy to use tool with tons of great features. It’s helping our company for a long time now, and it handles supplier concerns, contract management, as well as invoicing among other tasks. I have tried other options, but they can’t provide the benefits and features I’m enjoying from Ariba.

"Gets the job done, but slow performance"
What do you like best about SAP Ariba? SAP Ariba is easy to learn and user friendly. The home page shows visualizations of paid and unpaid invoices over a scope of time. Submitting invoices is intuitive and it's also painless to search for previously submitted invoices.

"Absolutely the worst, most antiquated system I have ever used"
What do you like best about SAP Ariba? I have been using Ariba as a supplier, consistently for 3 years, and each time I receive a new Ariba invite link, I develop more and more PTSD. There is nothing I like about it, apart from a few folks on the technical support team that I have spoken with (since I basically to have them on speed dial).

Works even for large companies like ours
PROS: This tool is easy to understand and use, and helps us conveniently trace PO updates. It is also a reliable platform for keeping old and new PO records. Accuracy in managing purchase orders is amazing as well, even if we need to handle them in huge bulks. Moreover, it can conveniently generate reports in XML format for easy viewing.
