Ariba offers a terrible user experience for freelance workers
I had to be recognised as a valid supplier on Ariba before being able to work freelance for a British clothing company. Ariba has an unusable website and makes working for my client very difficult to the point where I'm considering not working for that client to avoid the headache of going through Ariba.

A super platform for accounting tasks
PROS: This is a wonderful platform for accounting processes. It makes paying our suppliers’ invoices more convenient. CONS: It lacks some features that would have been helpful. For example, it cannot approve many purchase requisitions or invoices at once.
