What do you like best about Samsara? I love that you can see the truck moving and the speed at it is traveling; it provides accurate updates on road issues and blocked roads and you can easily activate it by adding the truck number. It is the best tracking tool

Do not recommend this company whatsoever! Completely disrespected by the Samsara hiring team in London! Interview process started in mid November 2021 and ended mid March 2022 for a relatively junior level position. I Own a Car Rental Company and I have used different gps in the past. I found samsara during the pandemic and was very happy with the customer service. I worked with Frank and he was a pleasure to work with and explained everything and sent articles for me to read up on it. The dashboard is very simple to activate and locate each device. In about 10 months only one device has died. Battery change is simple and easy! This is your right choice.

Samsara product installations!

With our recent purchase of the Samsara AI Camera system we found it to be a very simplistic, easy installation. The benefits of having the two-way camera enhances our driver/operators driving abilities. This product meets all of our needs and expectations for creating a safer work environment.

So easy!

Our experience with Samsara has been wonderful thus far. Their products are easy to use, a breeze to install, and training our drivers on how to use the Samsara Driver app has been smooth as silk. We did not previously have camera systems installed in our vehicles but both the drivers and management immediately saw the utility, and Samsara's pricing made it an easy decision.

No consessions for human or App error

Ok. The problem I have with this software is it doesn't verify what action you are performing. I think alot of error would be avoided if it asked you even after you started driving, etc if that's what you're actually doing and give you the option to change what you're doing if not. I went on PC and made a stop for food and forgot to put it on PC again to get to the truck stop. It messed my 34 up and now I have to do another 34 in order to get my hours back. "Great Work Saftey and Security Product!"

What do you like best about Samsara? What I like best about Samsara is that it helps to keep us in the know as to where our Trucks are and what are employees/ drivers are doing. It tells us if their is any saftey concerns to worry about while they are driving and also keeps video and photos for legal purposes if we ever need them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service…

Absolutely the WORST customer service in the freight Industries.No logic or common sense. I was OFF DUTY, but the ELD put me On Duty after about 2 hours and totally messed up my reset. I was stationary the whole time, the truck did not move one inch. Calling Customer service was a waste of my time.All they are trained to say is: As per mandate, we can't change anything. They do not understand the difference between correcting a mistake and manipulating a log. We should have stayed with Keep ...
