Our camera systems have been well received by our drivers and they are already showing results since install. You have the worst customer service…

You have the worst customer service that a company can manage. I have sent 12 emails and 20 calls to your customer services and finance team. Our account has been suspended for lack of payment. The thing is that we have made all of our payments. I have sent over our bank statement to prove we have been on time with our payment. We need access to our ELD information for a safety audit. We will be shut down if we cannot provide this information. Nothing is being done. Do you understand that ...

Great customer service, the products just works! I love how I can get notified as soon as my employees are in an accident /harsh event. I don't have to do any work

"Great Asset and Vehicle Tracking Software!"

What do you like best about Samsara? The level of detail that I can get from the overview is awesome! I love being able to look at all of our vehicles that are out at once. This is the only asset tracking software I have used, but so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's really a great company!

Above and beyond!

I found Samsara through a google search for fleet tracking soft & hardware. I reached out to several different companies and Samsara was leaps and bounds ahead of the competition, from their customer service, to them sending me some hardware to try for a month (most places just did a guided youtube tutorial) and did weekly check ins and taught me little things I could utilize to better achieve my goals. We ultimately signed up for a year of service with them and so far, we are beyond happy ...

Almost perfect, and we love it

We have been using samsara for more than 6 months now, and we love it. Pros :-UI/UX is A1+. there is no way that a user wouldn't know where to find something here , unless they were teleported form the 80s or 90s . Simple intuitive , and straight to the point . And it's also responsive , so it can be used on a smaller screen (phones tablet...)-Reports : There are plenty of report that can be automated , as well as a lot of information about the fleet.-Programmability: They offer a very ...
