I set up for Tachograph download only to be told after 2 months back and forth calls and emails that my tachograph is not compatible im now struggling to get a refund of my money already paid for something that doesn't work also waiting on postage labels to return equipment shocking customer service!Very unhappy customer

Company is just growing TOO FAST that…
Company is just growing TOO FAST that is not CARING about it's customers!We have referred 5 great affiliates and using them for over 2 years while growing our fleet as well. Since we started with them there have been a lot of issues with their equipment which we worked with them getting replacement. Their attitude was ridiculous saying that the "fixed" without charge. We have been sent contracts for bus upgrades instead of just the replacement units and therefore double charged every month. ...

Their GPS trackers are terrible
Their GPS trackers are terrible. I had a 40% failure rate with excuse after excuse, lie after lie! If anyone wants more info feel free to call me on my cell (801)388-1205. Brian. Dont fall for this garbage...absolute worst customer service ever!
