Beware of the finance department

Initially signed with Samsara because of some functionality in their product but from there it goes downhill fast. Once they "got" us, trying to reach out to anyone who can make decisions is impossible. And don't bother trying to make a simple change to your account with significant effort. In hindsight, we will not renew nor would i recommend them with options like Keeptruckin( for one) around. Nothing is simple with Samsara.

They keep charging my card for product I don't have for the whole year . I called trying to resolve the problem they told me u haven't returned the product which I have returned it . They will rip u off if u dont pay attention to there billing department. They work great. Everyone should know every business has issues. It’s the ones that step up and fix the issues and take care of customer that make The good ones stand out. That is samsara.

Samsara have provided excellent customer service and support throughout.the project and purchase.The system has performed to specification and have found area's within the product to be a great deal more useful than we first thought. Things we did not think we might use but now do as it provides useful relevant data.Are constantly striving to improve with updates being rolled out on a regular basis.

Billing depart can't get it together

Samsara is a great system, but Billing department can't seem to get it together
