What do you like best about Salesmsg? I appreciate the ability to text over landline. We've had our number many years and its part of our brand. Also the quick text feature we use a ton.

What do you like best about Salesmsg? It's not intended to be a text or voice-based call of system, but it works perfectly for us. End users can text or call and leave a voicemail stating they won't be in for their shift. HR team members have full control to reply, listen to voicemails, and send broadcast messages. The supervisors have a view-only role so they can see what users are calling/texting off work. HR archives the messages once they record them in the attendance system. Not what ...
