The customer support is excellent
PROS: SALESmanago is a complex tool. We use it for our CRM, mailing, and marketing automation tasks. The overall marketing automation and the email alerts for tracked contacts make the work of our sales team a lot easier. The mailing tool is easy to use and offers A/B tests. I appreciate that the vendor is based in Poland which means guaranteed good quality and excellent customer support. I also like the fact that the app allows me to send emails using proxy settings.

The interface could be improved
PROS: The best part about this app is you can track what your leads are doing on your website. The system tracks visitor behavior on the entire site which helps us to understand customer behavior. On top of that, the solution is very affordable.

What do you like best about SALESmanago? SALESManago is a great automation tool, very easy to use and adapt to the company's needs. I greatly recommend it, for it has multiple systems you can use at the same time and a great opportunity to combine different messages for different client segments. What do you like best about SALESmanago? I like the price for what it offers. And I really appreciate the customer support - sometimes better, sometimes worst, but it's there any time I need. And we got our personal advisor and supervisor, that's what we call customer care :)
