Worst experience from my 6years in CRM field
From my 6years experience in CRM, worst experience so far.❌ They called themselves automation specialists but could not send our welcome email on time (20min delay).❌ Each time we had an issue we were adding to a ticket queue, and every two weeks, they would scale up to another team.🤔 They were answering our emails sometimes at 11 PM... but unfortunately couldn't help so much. I think our account manager was overwhelmed; we could see a lot of stress. Not recommended at all to work with or ...

What do you like best about SALESmanago? A personalized configuration team leaves no question unanswered. The system has many capabilities and takes time to configure, but with their support team helping us every step of the way, we are getting it configured to our exact needs. Our results have been stellar!

What do you like best about SALESmanago? The Salesmanago system has a very easy implementation process. A competent representative honestly presented and helped to implement all the necessary options - the contact is very good, and the tool works exactly as it should.
