What do you like best? Salesforce is easy to use and be able to keep track of opportunities and client information What do you dislike? Customisation requires a trained expert to do Recommendations to others considering the product: Nice and easy to use and organise all your sales and communications - allows automation of admin and you can integrate other programs too What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy invoicing, keeping track of what is ...

"Salesforce"

What do you like best? I like the current integrations with our other software and am used to navigating around it for sales. I also really like salesforce tasks as well to keep track of things to do months away. What do you dislike? I think it could be less buggy and have a cleaner user interface. Recommendations to others considering the product: Salesforce does integrate with the biggest names, but I really think it is not necessary as my integrations constantly have trouble. I have not ...

"A complex yet useful platform"

What do you like best? I really like how Salesforce has covered the most unthought of situations and scenarios. Covers a holistic approach to all our sales needs. Database management, update on each lead, lead funnel, ease of integration with other platforms, all in all it provides all the necessary actions to run a sales team. What do you dislike? As it has all the options to integrate with other websites and apps including add on plugins, sometimes it get a bit complex to function and ...

"If you're not into hyper organization and success, this isn't for you."

What do you like best? The ability to customize the crm to your liking is the best feature here. I also really like how easy is is to stay on top of what you need to do. What do you dislike? sometimes the many options of using the crm becoming overwhelming. It's also a bit difficult to setup. I think it could benefit from having dedicated staff at all times for you to be able to get on the phone and go over the issues you're having. They do have a trailblazer community where you can find ...

"Salesforce is flexible to fit your needs"

What do you like best? SF allows for you to cater your instance of SF to your needs in many ways. It can be extremely agnostic and basic to just dump all account data into all the way to allowing for your sales, operations, and accounting team to all work from inherently the same place. SF enables a growing organization to be more cohesive so that you may have a centralized repository from all sides of your business. What do you dislike? Pay to play. You must invest a lot into the platform ...

"It gets the job done"

What do you like best? I like that you can organize based upon accounts. Also love the opportunities feature, where you can see where each of your accounts is at in the sales process. What do you dislike? I would love to learn the more technical and back end side of SFDC, but I find the report building function to be more complicated than it needs to be. Wish there was a tutorial for dummies. It would be helpful in finding dead leads that could be revived Recommendations to others ...

"Versatile & Powerful. Comes with a price tag... and you'll need support to customize"

What do you like best? Integration. You can pretty much integrate with anything you need to. What do you dislike? It's the world's leading CRM and they say it can do 'anything you need' - but what I don't like is that you'll have to become a salesforce expert, or hire a salesforce expert to make it do what you need it to. It's good as a CRM, but it's not great for automated Marketing ...unless of course you pay for the salesforce marketing cloud (which costs more of course) and even then ...
