What do you like best? Access to customer's contact information. What do you dislike? Sorting through attachments automatically created from an email. Sometimes cases don't appear in a search. There's a better flow to review an email in outlook as opposed to browsing through a case. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking cases.
