Service Cloud allows my CS team to have all the customer information at their fingertips, without searching a variety of apps and a ton of clicks. It speeds up the entire interaction. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? Everything cost toouch money, but it's important. What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? Easy to set up and very much extendable! Since it's based on the Salesforce Platform we can easily extend it to cover other business cases. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? It should come with some standard integrations. What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Simpler UI with needed elements and components can be helpful. Sometimes for new users the UI is overwhelming What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? KB articles are great for the teams. We are able to view all conversations end to end from customers in one view.
