What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? I love the way service cloud allows organizations to better serve their communities. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? No downside in my opinion. Maybe the learning curve if you're new to Salesforce. What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?
