What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? Salesforce service cloud allowed us create a great case management system What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? There really wasn't much that I disliked. It was very smooth What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? It's allowing us to crate new channels to interact with our customers which has been sorely lacking

What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? The best customer and user experience. We can resolve the issue the way we want. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? Nothing, everything seems perfect but yeah we can work on some flows What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using auto case creation by email to case, this feature is reducing the human efforts to create cases for the users.

I love that we have the opportunity to implement a single pane of glass for our frontline to look through to see a consolidated customer experience. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? I feel like there are more opportunities with personalization for the end user.
