What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? Salesforce service cloud is easy to configure and setup according to our company's needs! What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? Sometimes there are some limitations on what can be visible in the community (to users). What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping with case resolution time and make sure we proritize the high priorty cases to attend out customer quicker!

Robust standard functionality built in and around the Case object, wrapped in the Service Console application is truly an out of the box solution that blows competitors like Microsoft away.
