What do you like best about SalesDirector.ai? What I like most is how easy it is to report up to my directors. What do you dislike about SalesDirector.ai? I don't like having to manually adjust things, rather than having to pull from Salesforce. Recommendations to others considering SalesDirector.ai: n/a What problems is SalesDirector.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us have better visibility for forecasting.

What do you like best about SalesDirector.ai? Being able to see email communications threaded together What do you dislike about SalesDirector.ai? Definitely more of a sales software, than customer success, which is what we transitioned off of but seems to exceed the other product What problems is SalesDirector.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Transparency and efficiency across multiple departments

What do you like best about SalesDirector.ai? It's helpful that it tracks my emails and calls so my management can see that I've been putting the work in. The integration with our CRM is great too so I can see what other sales reps on my team have sent clients in the past (or even see their messaging and if it's anything I'd like to take and use.) What do you like best about SalesDirector.ai? Automating the hour entries and meeting pulls, which were all manual and time consuming before What do you dislike about SalesDirector.ai? There are a few gaps in meetings as it's all dependent on existing data - if an invite has a strange formatting, it may not be captured What problems is SalesDirector.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining insight into hours spent with activities and opportunities in an automated fashion

What do you like best about SalesDirector.ai? The SalesDirector tool has been very useful in focusing our selling resources on a day to day basis. We are already seeing correlations between certain activities and customer contacts that prove to increase likelihood of a deal closing.
