Gordon was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with . He had no problem helping me with anything I asked him about . I have a problem in downloading Sage Cloud Services invoices. Spoke with Russell Henderson in Technical Support who was very helpful. Unfortunately he was unable to resolve the problem. He sent the invoices to me via email and will forward the issue to the program team.

They always have the answer!
All the advisers I have ever spoken to, and that is quite a lot, have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable. Today I spoke to Michael Luke and he instantly knew the answer! Myself and my colleagues always go straight to them so that we don't waste hours trying to work it out ourselves.

Great Customer Service
Over the last few days I have had to contact Sage for some help. Andrew Shone, was a great help and talked me through all the steps. Have previously had help from Andrew before and he always make things clear for me to understand. Thank you Andrew, great customer service.
