Above and Beyond
Michael was extremely helpful and patient and got the problem sorted. My computer had run out of space so couldn't run SAGE properly. Michael took the time to go through old files to delete. Couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend the Sage support to anyone!

Friendly and efficient telephone support
I spoke to Russell Henderson concerning a default sage email address appearing on sales invoices on sage business cloud accounting. He promptly directed me to the appropriate setting to set a "reply to" email address. The query was resolved very efficiently.
