Telephone help requested to technical support. Warm, friendly, interested, knowledgeable male operative. Treated me with respect, patience and consideration as the elderly lady I am. He was never patronising. I am totally untechnical and find the normal speed that operatives speak at impossible to cope with. This gentleman was amazing. Michael Luke at Sage was very helpful trying to investigate what was causing the issue I am experiencing with my payroll software. Unfortunately, the matter is unresolved but I have been advised to refer back to our IT people as the problem apparently isn't an issue that Sage can fix.
