Sage provide great and reliable Software
Sage provide great and reliable software. I use quite a few products but my best one is Sage Accounts Production. You can do your adjustments in there after importing your Trial Balance from Sage 50. Having that option for me as an accountant is a bonus.

Report Design Request
Our report designer, Keith, was very helpful and explained clearly what he could and couldn't do for us. The report was prepared and sent to us really quickly and when I requested changes they were made straight away. I couldn't have asked for more.
