I've been using Sage for over twenty…
I've been using Sage for over twenty years and I absolutely love it! The software really works for us and whenever I need help, the UK help desk is professional, friendly and I feel, work hard to resolve my questions.

Happy with Sage 100
Sage 100 Contractor is my accounting/project management and payroll software. I am very pleased with all the updates and upgrades that they have done over the years. I have been approached by many companies to change but I am very happy with it.

Sage makes accounting easy & simple
Sage makes accounting easy & simple. It's such a wonderful software with so much to offer, it's easy to use and the team are always on hand to help with whatever queries you have, from tech support to a simple question, it's never too much trouble. Easy to get hold of support and customer service. Highly recommend.

Simple is best...
Sage makes my life easier as a self-employed person. The dashboard features help my cash flow, by showing me where I'm lacking (if I was busy I would not necessarily remember to invoice or to chase overdue accounts). As an engineer, accounting is not my strong area, but through a little trial and error and some excellent tutorials, I'm getting there. When working with Sage (it's 'with' not 'on') a weaker aspect of the overall business is strengthened.

Review
The systems are user friendly with access to lots of help and training. Constant flow of useful and helpful information shared through Sage champions. Great service when calling the helpdesk.

I had a couple of glitches with Sage Cloud recently and Sophie Ward has been the link between myself and the 'other IT Teams' in resolving them. Sophie was very affable and explained reasons for the glitches in a professional and concise way, then talked me through the solutions whilst staying on the 'phone to make sure everything had been resolved. The 'other IT Team' we are also excellent in resolving the issues.

Customer support
The software is good and to the most part easy to use however when you do encounter a problem the customer support is outstanding! Never seem to wait long for assistance and my problem has always been effectively resolved. Would highly recommend.
