Excellent support from David Knight
David Knight was excellent throughout this interaction. He got the full details down when I initially called in and understood the issue without any problem. He then got in contact with the relevant team at Sage to rectify the issue and promptly called me to advise that the issue had been fixed. Truly great service.

I've contacted SAGE helpline regarding error with Sage 50 payroll. I've talked to Michael who helped solve the issue. The call was fast, Michael explained what happened in simple, understandable manner. I can recommend SAGE helpline.

Sage is a welcome friend every morning…
Sage is a welcome friend every morning when I switch my PC on and reach from my cuppa. It is super user friendly and allows me to be productive in a busy environment. It works like my mind in an analytical way and enables me to produce reports that are not only clear to understand but can be easily shared with the rest of the company.

Excellent back up service
Quick to pick up calls (and if they can't I get a call back) and so very helpful, especially with a current very complex situation that is taking time to resolve as it involves other providers as well as Sage. Everyone is always cheerful and patient
