Had IT issues previous week and had to…

Had IT issues previous week and had to roll back our computers to day prior. In the meantime I had sent RTI for that week and this resulted in Sage wanting to send it again this week. Your guy at Sage understood the problem and was very helpful in running through a dummy RTI run for that week. Problem solved quickly and efficiently.
