Really happy with the technical…

Really happy with the technical helpline today regarding a TAS Book issue I had which needed copying company data and importing transactions from CSV files. William Dunn was my support adviser and was so helpful and clear at communicate technical issues in such a simple manner. Very helpful customer services.

I recently called Sage to assist in setting up Sage Drive. It wasn't straightforward as the two networked computers were on different sites.This meant it took four phone calls to complete the process, each time I spoke to someone different in customer services. As I had been given two case numbers it made it easier as I didn't have to explain each time. I can only praise each person I spoke to, for being extremely helpful, polite, and above all patient.
