Migration from sage 50 standalone to cloud

Everyone we have dealt with at sage has been great in supporting us through the migration process. Lee Robinson was my direct contact to transition us after the backup was migrated. For any size business it is vital this went smoothly - Lee was professional, supportive and most importantly patient. Change is never easy but we would not go back to the old standalone version.

HMRC issues with PAYE

I have had numerous issues due to the HMRC and I have had to liaise with Sage lots to get PAYE fines sorted for PAYE they say is overdue. I cannot praise Haidee enough - I honestly want to speak to her every time I call. When I couldn't get it sorted the whole office agreed "we just needed to speak to Haidee and it would be sorted"! Sage Intro

James was a great help running through all the basics of sage accounting. Any questions I had he was able to answer and explained everything in great detail and gave me some top tips. Overall it was of huge benefit doing the intro call with James.

Cameron was great at listening and advising the best tools to access

Cameron was great at listening to my unique biz and how Sage could support me in running the back-end financial element more efficiently with the digital processes Sage offers.
