Sage Cloud Payroll Setup
I was trying to use Sage Cloud Payroll without success. Having contacted Sage I was put through to Damian Mclay who spent well over an hour going through various options to get it set up. It seemed to me to be very complicated and I was very grateful to have such a polite, patient and knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone. In a score of 1-10 (10 being highest) Damian would rank 11. He was really excellent and I would never have managed to set it up on my own.

James Inness help with cloud payroll
James Inness has just helped me to import my payroll onto the new cloud based Sage payroll and it was very helpful and necessary. Its daunting moving to a new product after years using a desktop version where I know exactly what I am doing each pay run, particularity with the importance of a payroll and getting it right. The session with James was comprehensive and really helpful, I know my way around the software now so feel much more confident and he has arranged to give me call prior to ...
