Migrating payroll package…
Conversation with Steven Udberg about migrating from instant payroll to the business cloud. He was brilliant. Walked me through the process very quickly and answered all my questions. Very good experience

Sage Business Cloud
Spoke with Mark Lowdon regarding transferring from Sage Instant Payroll to Sage Business Cloud. Set up was very straight forward and he explained everything very well and allowed us to ask questions and he made sure we were comfortable with everything on the screen, he did not rush through it and a little bit of humour in there aswell always makes a good phone call.

Telephone assistance from Sage Support
Telephone assistance from Sage Support. I called Sage today for assistance with a sage business cloud payroll problem. I spoke to Damian Mclay, not only did he work through my issue in great detail and advise the best way to correct it, he also assisted me with access for an additional user for the 2 companies which I am involved in processing the payroll. Damien was patient, polite and extremely helpful throughout the call, going the extra mile to ensure I had the correct information.
