Today Paul Parsons guided me through the process of setting up our payroll on Sage Cloud, including doing the initial set up for me, then taking me step by step through the monthly process going forward. He was extremely friendly & helpful, and showed great patience towards this tech dinosaur. I am very grateful for his help & support!

Telephone assistance from Sage Support
Telephone assistance from Sage Support. I called Sage today for assistance with a sage business cloud payroll problem. I spoke to Damian Mclay, not only did he work through my issue in great detail and advise the best way to correct it, he also assisted me with access for an additional user for the 2 companies which I am involved in processing the payroll. Damien was patient, polite and extremely helpful throughout the call, going the extra mile to ensure I had the correct information.
