So helpful!
I have an unresolved issue (my fault) with my Sage account for over a year which has caused many knock on problems. I finally got the courage to call Sage to see if they could help resolve my issues. I got through to Damian Mclay who was just amazing. He spoke to me without any judgment on how I had got myself in such a mess. He very patiently went through every single submission for over a year and talked me through the changes I need to make. He was calm, polite, friendly and so helpful!! ...

I was helped to migrate my sage payroll…
I was helped to migrate my sage payroll to the cloud by Mark Lowden. I found him to be very patient and helpful, even rearranging his diary when unable to access website at first attempt. Everything went smoothly and I would not have achieved without his expertise.

Sage Business Cloud
Spoke with Mark Lowdon regarding transferring from Sage Instant Payroll to Sage Business Cloud. Set up was very straight forward and he explained everything very well and allowed us to ask questions and he made sure we were comfortable with everything on the screen, he did not rush through it and a little bit of humour in there aswell always makes a good phone call.
