I was helped to migrate my sage payroll to the cloud by Mark Lowden. I found him to be very patient and helpful, even rearranging his diary when unable to access website at first attempt. Everything went smoothly and I would not have achieved without his expertise.

So helpful!

I have an unresolved issue (my fault) with my Sage account for over a year which has caused many knock on problems. I finally got the courage to call Sage to see if they could help resolve my issues. I got through to Damian Mclay who was just amazing. He spoke to me without any judgment on how I had got myself in such a mess. He very patiently went through every single submission for over a year and talked me through the changes I need to make. He was calm, polite, friendly and so helpful!! ...

Today Paul Parsons guided me through the process of setting up our payroll on Sage Cloud, including doing the initial set up for me, then taking me step by step through the monthly process going forward. He was extremely friendly & helpful, and showed great patience towards this tech dinosaur. I am very grateful for his help & support!
