A very clear and well-constructed teach in on the new Sage Payroll program. Steven is an excellent ambassador for Sage! I'm sure that, if anything goes wrong when I first try to use the new program later this month, it'll be my misunderstanding rather than Steven's mis-teaching.

Yesterday I had a "melt-down" morning…
Yesterday I had a "melt-down" morning trying to set up a new wages system - Going through the information provided, while helpful in telling me what info would be required, it wasn't as simple I had thought so I made a call to Sage and was put through to the lovely and very patient Russell who talked me through it all and left me a much happier and less stressed customer. Thanks Russell for saving the day.

Usual helpful staff at Sage
I had a few queries whilst migrating from Sage Instant Payroll to Sage Cloud Payroll. I didn’t have to wait too long for an online chat which was a nice surprise given its the start of the new tax year. I was put through to Jack Easton who was friendly, helpful and was able to talk through a few issues I was having, no fault of Sage. I was dreading this changeover of software but as usual Sage have made it very user friendly.

How delightful it has been dealing with Mark he is polite, helpful, friendly and very cheery and put me at ease as I was in a panic about the Cloud he knows his stuff! Hope I have the pleasure of speaking with him again.
