Mark Lowdon was brilliant in helping me setup sage payroll and guiding me through the process. It is good to know that there is support there if problems arise when processing the payroll. Mark also sent me links for online videos which were very useful.

Migrating from SAGE instant to SAGE cloud payroll
A 30 minute phone call to migrate from Sage instant payroll to Sage cloud based payroll. Felt very anxious prior as had been using instant for years. Any fears completely alleviated by Michael, everything explained clearly as he had remote control of my computer. Entered all the pension data and checked figures were correct. First class service from SAGE

Excellent Customer support.
I really appreciated Mark Lowdon's clear and concise instructions which walked me through the process of migrating employees information from sage instant payroll to sage business.
