Every single time I use Sage's support I could complement Sage's team for their support and patience. On this particular occasion, I would like to praise Sarah Mullin, for her patience and for giving me the confidence to complete quite a stressful rollback by providing clear instructions and guidance. Moving to the cloud was one of the best…
Moving to the cloud was one of the best things I did, able to use I pad using Safari, or the App for basic entries, makes it quicker and easier, for control purposes it is great

Hugo C....
I had the sheer pleasure of dealing with Hugo C recently who not only dealt with my installation issue with SAGE remote, he also went beyond the call of duty to assist me to configure my Windows software correctly in order to view SAGE in my preferred resolution. Hugo is a credit to SAGE, and they are very fortunate to have someone so passionate about his job, and at the same time making sure his employers name is regarded in high standard.

SageONE cloud accounting
Starting with SageONE cloud accounting. Not a fan of Cloud based stuff but Sage stafff were excellent and very helpful. Nice product but still prefer my old LINE50. SageONE has a lot of integration and really quite smooth in operation.
