Great support

I had a corrupt transaction file in the…

I had a corrupt transaction file in the middle of month end. I spoke to Megan at Sage and she walked me through the process to fix it, giving prompt call backs whenever a repair stage was complete. She also recommended a couple of solutions that should stop the problem from recurring. Brilliant and friendly support. I hope I don't need it again(!), but given the circumstances it was a very good experience as a customer of Sage.
