Nest Pension submissions
James Inness rang to check in with me and I asked him to ring thursday at 10, which he did. He sorted out the nest pension submission side of my sage payroll which I had never worked out how to do. It was over a year out of date and he got it all up to date and offered to call when I was next doing the payroll incase I needed any help. It was so nice to talk to an actual person let alone someone as helpful and polite as James.

It was great talking to Cameron. He is able to help me to sort the opening balance issues, how to issue sale invoices in a quick way and input purchase invoices.

Fantastic software and brilliant support team
I highly recommend this software, very simple to set up and really easy to use. Also the support team is fantastic, I spoke with James Inness today which was very professional very helpful. Lovely experience all around.

Case Closed easily, but Sage KB search is not great.
Paul was really helpful as usual. Gave him all the information and logs I had managed to get together before hand and he very quickly sorted me out with a resolution and also waited for an update when I said I couldnt complete the work until tomorrow. Would be useful if the Sage help KB search was better as I did try and find an article for my issue but it never came back which meant I had to log a call. It doesnt seem to have the best search functionality in all honesty.
