confidence is building in our next project.
Had my first call with my customer Success Manager, Jen Murphy. Very helpful, knowledgeable and ready to follow through our set-up. Helping guide us to make sure our new project is successful for the whole team as we needed a new way to process our way of working for importing and invoicing our goods. It was nice to be reassured we are going in the right direction.

i have found getting in contact with sage so easy. If i have any questions or need to request a call, Michael W is always quick at responding and either emailing over help or dealing with me over the phone.

Sage Business Cloud Accounting onboarding
I had a call booked with Sage to explain how I can use sage I Cloud to make the accounting entries. I work as volunteer accountant for a Local Charity who needed my services to keep all the records for the Charity. Rebecca explained me how Sage Cloud works in a very understandable language and had a lot of patience to answer my concerns and questions

Having no experience with accounting or…
Having no experience with accounting or the admin side of running a business I was extremely apprehensive about the whole process... however our Sage support "go to guy" Michael Willmott made the whole thing seamless and has made me feel so much more confident about knowing what I am doing. Anything I have been unsure about, any questions at all, big or small, he has the answers. Great communication and assistance
We had a critical issue with Online Extra backups and Jack was excellent in his communication, regular updates and liaising with Sage's partners in getting to a resolution. It was a stressful issue for us and the client but Jack helped us get this over the line.
