Good customer service when needed
Have to admit, I’m pleasantly surprised by the customer service with Sage accounting and payroll. I briefly previously used Xero and found their tone unhelpful and uninterested in my custom. Recently signed up to sage and the contrast has been stark. I’m not confident with accountancy and so have called their customer service quite a few times. Without exception I have got through to a human within a minute of calling and each time that person has quickly understood my problem and been able ...

Sage Cloud Payroll Support
As usual the Sage support was excellent. Mark rang me at the arranged time and checked that the migration had been done properly on my new Payroll system. He was excellent at explaining what else I needed to do, and arranged another call for when I was running the Payroll so I could be assured everything was done correctly. Mark made the whole process stress free.
