Great support and patience

Had a really supportive phone call today from Kaesar Ashfaq, to get me started and set up. He was very patient and great at explaining everything I needed to know to get started. He’s given me lots of confidence and I’m excited about using sage now and getting super organised with my books. He also made it really clear he was there to continue to support me if I needed anything . Highly recommend.

Sales Invoice Template setup

This was a pre-arranged call which happened exactly on time. The plan was to talk me through setting up a sales invoice template, so I could start to issue sales invoices on Sage Accounting. All aspects of the procedure was explained by an advisor who was very knowledgeable about this Sage product. At the end of the call I felt very confident to be able to manage this process.

Excellent customer service

Cameron was really helpful today. He made sure I upgraded to the correct package suitable for my business and made me aware of all of the extra functions available to me. He stayed on the line with me until he was happy that I understood everything and guided me to where I should go if I needed further support. Very pleased.

VAT return

I had problems submitting the VAT return for the new company we set up in Aug 22. The VAT quarter dates were incorrect. I called the support team and spoke to Dale. He was super helpful and walked me through the process. It was stressful experience due to pressing submission deadline but I couldn't have done it without Dale, top marks for the support.
