Received a call today from Customer Support
Received a call today from Anna, really polite and helpful, she arranged to call me back in the afternoon and was able to help me with some difficulties I was having. she was so patient when helping me as I am not great with computers. I was really surprised by how good your service is.

Abby Picken has the patience of a Saint
Abby Picken was so patient with me and took her time going through the very difficult processes and and it took almost an hour. I've used sage as our accounts package over 30 years and wouldn't ever change. The service is second to none.

Help with tax codes
I needed help with tax codes after an employee left there other job, Damian Mclay was most helpful, guiding me through each field of information required, he even pointed out that we have a free trial we didnt know anything about!

Confident with sage
Am pleased that I went over to cloud based. and best thing is I had a good rep (Steven Udberg) to help make things clear, I have found it easy to run, few niggles, but maybe its me, will sort these out soon enough.
