Jack Parker made the call and speeded up the process
Jack Parker called instead of just replying to the support ticket which speeded up the resolution time somewhat and got the query sorted. He was a great help and did that little bit extra. Very happy with the service given.

I'm very happy with the telephone support I received from Paul Parsons, while setting up Sage Accounts and Payroll. He has been extremely helpful, pleasant, informative and has taken the time to resolve any problems we encountered with the initial set up.

I have been using sage for many years…
I have been using sage for many years and I would highly recommend them. Recently I have changed to cloud, I enlisted the help of sage and Steven Udberg and Karl Lattimer have helped me to navigate the new program. They were both very pleasant and patient with me. I know that if I have any problems they will always be there to help and support me.

I have been using sage for many years and I would highly recommend them. Recently I have changed to cloud, I enlisted the help of sage and Steven Udberg and Karl Lattimer have helped me to navigate the new program. They were both very pleasant and patient with me.
