Very Helpful
My account manager Rebecca Fairley was very helpful, she guided me through some of the areas in Sage that I wasn't sure of. She also gave me tips and quick ways of how to work, which is really going to me and my business, but also save me valuable time. I would definitely recommend.

Website easy to navigate and help centre excellent
The website is easy to navigate and work out even for a technophobe like me. The help centre and follow up calls are where I have been really impressed by Sage. I didn't expect to have an email offering a free 1:1 session to explain how it can work well for my business. There are lots of webinars to access and help videos too but talking to Michael Willmott and running through the basics...bespoke to my business has been hugely valuable. My only regret is not signing up to Sage when I ...

I started using Sage today for my business... as I am quite ew to this I found the platform very easy to navigate and use. Jack Parker made the call and speeded up the process
Jack Parker called instead of just replying to the support ticket which speeded up the resolution time somewhat and got the query sorted. He was a great help and did that little bit extra. Very happy with the service given.
