As a new customer of Sage
As a new customer of Sage, I was struggling with getting my Sage to link up with HMRC to enter my annual tax. I spoke to Michael Willmott who talked me through everything very clearly and explained all the details of the accounts programme that I didn't understand. So I feel more confident now about using Sage. Thank you

Sage Intaact has some of the best customer service
Sage Intaact has some of the best account reps I have ever worked with. We had a bumpy implementation and deployment but the help we received after the fact has been amazing.

Excellent onboarding
I signed up for the trial and the support has been wonderful. I really felt listened to and that there was NOT boiler plate responses. Becca, who I was dealing with had to check a few things to solve mistakes I made it the set up and was back efficiently with appropriate solutions. Lots of attention to detail.

Paul Armstrong deserves a medal & Sage is awesome
Paul Armstrong deserves a medal and a knighthood. This is a fact. He took someone who was unbelievably dumb about accounting - did not understand any of the terminology, the software and had got themselves in a real mess with payroll and HMRC and completely turned it around in 4 telephone calls. I will be forever grateful. I now can't believe how easy Sage is to use and usr freindly it is. I am a complete convert and much happier.

Dean was very helpful in setting up our accounting and payroll system. He was very patient with me and offered solutions to any problems encountered along the way. He phoned me back as scheduled on several occasions, overall a great service. Thank you.
