Dean from Sage has patiently taken me through the whole process of making my business tax digital, he has done so over several telephone consultations with on-line demonstrations as required. I'm sure this wasn't easy as I have little or no prior experience with business accountancy and his help has been invaluable.

Set up help was Excellent
I received help setting up the new system from Paul Parsons. He was very helpful and patient with me. Although I already use Sage, the new cloud based system is quite different in look and layout so I asked lots of questions. Paul was very clear with his answers and hopefully I won't have to trouble him again.

Damien was very clear in his…
Damien was very clear in his instructions and what needed to be completed in order to manage our account. It was great to actually receive a call and speak to someone instead of trying to figure out what needed to be done on a webchat. Damien was friendly, professional and forthcoming with information. I also spoke to Bobby B yesterday who was also very helpful. All and all a very good experience.

I contacted Sage online to set up a trial account for cloud based payroll. A very helpful agent talked me through the set ups. Since then each question I had was responded to immediately and clearly by an online agent which was very satisfactory. The package is clear and easy to use.
