Superb product
Superb product, we use Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll. I don't find the online help very useful, it's always difficult to find exactly what I need, although it is improving. However, the superb telephone support makes up for this. The support staff are amazing, there is sometimes a wait to get through, but always worth it. We are very happy customers.

Thank you for excellent customer service
Anthony Peacock provided excellent service. He was patient, understanding and helped me through the technical issues all the way to the end. Having been very concerned about some errors, Anthony was able to fully assist, resolve the issues and reassure me that the problems would be dealt with. He turned what started out as a very stressful day into a positive day.

Sage are by far the best accounting and…
Sage are by far the best accounting and payroll tool. Their customer support is so helpful and no question or problem is too much, however large or small it may be. I have dealt with many software in my career and would not recommend any other than Sage!

The young man sorted out my problem
The young man sorted out my problem, very quickly and efficiently. I was quite distressed at losing Sage from my computer and he calmly reassured me that he would do his very best to get it back for me. Which he did.
