After my initial upgrade on Friday

After my initial upgrade on Friday, my invoice to email wasn't working, so I contacted support, spoke to Lucy Reynolds and she sorted it very quickly for me. That was great. after the weekend, so Tuesday, i tried sending an invoice to email and it wasn't printing my footer of the email. Spoke to two different people who could not sort it properly and one gave me a long winded way of achieving what I was after. But thought, I can't keep doing this, so I contacted Lucy Reynolds again and Hey ...

Sage support - Jacqui

I have always found Sage Support extremely helpful but last week I dealt with Jacqui on a pensions module issue within Sage 50 payroll. Jacqui was absolutely brilliant. She knew immediately what was causing the issue and systematically went through several scenarios to correct it. She also then went above and beyond and waited online until I had tested the changes and was happy with the outcome. Fabulous experience all round

Clear understanding of what we required coupled with the ability provide it quickly. Rapid response to any required updates meant the project was completed with 5 days.

Gordon was responsive and proactive

Gordon was responsive and proactive. From logging the ticket late on Monday afternoon I received a call directly from Gordon early on Tuesday morning. This then helped with my relationship with the customer who was already pushing me for a quick response. I was able to advise my customer Sage acting as a second line were already on this and investigating. This then gave me and Sage more time. Convenient and thorough

The service is so convenient and the Dr I spoke to was excellent. She didn’t try to rush, was super thorough, including pulling up my hospital and scan results. She gave me the scripts and referrals I needed as well as sound lifestyle advice. I highly recommend this service. Thankyou.

Great Software and Business

Great software, really easy to use and Sage are a great company to work with. I feel like part of a Sage Community, interatacting with them on many fronts, which is great for an SME like us. I use Sage Accounting, and as my Accountant does too , it makes year end so much faster, and we talk the same language.
