What do you like best about Rulai? I love the ease and feel of the Rulai Console. The UI is very intuitive with a drag-and-drop approach to building out bot flows, and the NLU solution is super robust. I also appreciate that it doesn't resemble an internal tool which I've encountered with other bot building platforms. "User friendly BOT platform"
What do you like best about Rulai? Rulai BOT platform is intuitive to use. With one hour introduction in the training I can start build my first BOT easily! You can launch the BOT by one-button click and instantly view your design! But I do realize if you have developer background, it would be more helpful to design your BOT efficiently. What do you like best about Rulai? Chatbots can be implemented quickly and easily not sacrificing the complex bot functionality that makes virtual assistants great. What do you dislike about Rulai? There isn't much I've run into that I dislike. All round a solid platform. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? We've deployed the Rulai platform across a number of enterprise brands and realized strong CSAT results and efficiency gains regardless of the vertical.

What do you like best about Rulai? Simple UI that is easy to use and understandable to the end marketing business user. What do you dislike about Rulai? Working across tabs is sometimes cumbersome, but something that you get used to really quick. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving client's customers chat bot experience, allowing them the flexibility to build more conversational paths and design with their own requirements.
