"Very intuitive way to learn a new language"
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? The way that each unit it split into sub-units and sections, makes it easier to time manage, and make personal targets of when to progress to a new level. For example, every week, I aim to learn at least 90 minutes of new material. The fact that each section has an estimated time to complete, also makes it easier to budget which sections to learn throughout the week. What do you dislike about Rosetta Stone? Sometimes it can take a minute or two, ...

"Back to basics "
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? This program brings the learner back to the fundamentals of the language as if they previously knew no language at all. There were no direct word references to my native language which helped in developing the foundation of the new language I was learning(in this case, Mandarin). Different languages don't always correspond the same when it comes to sentence structure and I was able to put small sentences together after just a few hours of lessons ...

"A very pleasant way to learn a foreign language"
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? I use Rosetta Stone to learn Japanese. What I like best is the whole program, Its interactive features and the fact I can set my own pace. I am not only learning to speak, but also to write in all 3 Japanese alphabets. I love the opportunity to schedule live lessons with native speakers and to make friends all over the world with whom to share this adventorous journey. In 6 months, I am already able to speak at an intermediate level. i can read ...

"Effective for regular users"
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? Rosetta Stone is an intuitively immersive language program - allowing users to use the learning language immediately, with no first language support. Users can choose the platform with which they are most comfortable - hardware installed on a computer or their online platform which includes games, user-to-user connections, and small group chat sessions with native speakers. They also have a smart-phone app that the user can use to reinforce skills ...

"Great Way to Learn a New Language"
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? The easy to follow, step by step lessons, all on a computer at my own pace. What do you dislike about Rosetta Stone? It moves quickly, but the quicker the better in some cases. What problems is Rosetta Stone solving and how is that benefiting you? I work in a school with a growing number of students that speak Spanish. Speaking their language is a huge benefit in communicating with parents.

"Decent Product Could be better"
What do you like best about Rosetta Stone? It is repetitive and shows pictures of things. What do you dislike about Rosetta Stone? I wish it would automatically bookmark where the student left off in their lessons, because my kids could not remember, or didn't quite understand the system, so they would do random lessons, or do lessons they had already done, etc. Many ESL kids are not that Tech-savvy or language savvy and CANNOT do it without automatically bookmarked lessons that take them ...
